Ludomar Quality and Guarantee

One of the main characteristics of our products is their high quality.

At Ludomar we only work with leather of exceptional quality which is calibrated and produced by vegetable tanning. This leather is produced in Spain in the traditional manner and has passed the strict quality controls which are required by the European authorities for this kind of raw materials.

The accessories and fittings are also of European manufacture and contrasted quality.

The production process is carried out by hand with great attention to detail as for Ludomar every saddle produced by our company is unique and special.

All our saddles have a 6-year guarantee provided that they have been used correctly for the purpose for which they were designed.

Once a saddle has been completed it must pass a strict final internal control before it is dispatched.

Once this final control has been passed, each saddle is given a serial number which is recorded on our files so that we can provide a perfect after-sales service and traceability follow-up.
